This project consisted of a 7 lot mixed use-subdivision, design of new Town of Bayfield roads and utilities, modifications to Bayfield Parkway and design of a large stormwater facility to serve the entire subdivision. Detailed design was also performed for Phase 1 of the development which will consist of 33 townhome units.

A major feature of the existing site was the Schroder Ditch, which bisected the 17 acre parcel. PST Engineering worked with the client and ditch company to design a pipeline to convey the ditch flows from the crossing under US Highway 160 to the Bayfield Parkway crossing.

 

The project broke ground in the fall of 2023.
