Scope included preparation of conceptual, preliminary, and final plans and specifications for several blocks of City Street improvements. The project included sidewalk widening, signage and striping modifications, ADA enhancements, full depth pavement reclamation, and minor drainage improvements. PST Engineering also provided construction assistance on an as-needed basis.
